Where to Park

• The parking garage entrance is at the back of our building.
• For easy access to the underground parking, turn into Bramm Street.
• Take a right between the office building and the condos. The underground parking located on the right with an electronic sign indicating the number of free spaces. The garage door will raise as you slowly approach.

Accessing Underground Parking

• Tap your credit/debit card to raise the arm.
• Turn left to find 3 reserved parking spaces designated for Richardson Wealth visitors. If these spaces are full, you can park anywhere.

Accessing the Building

• The elevators are below the ramp after entering the parking garage.
• Proceed past the Electric Vehicle charging station. Use the door on your right. The elevators directly ahead of you will take you to the 3^rd floor.

Parking Validation Process

Upon arrival at our office, we’ll help you validate your card.

Exiting the Parking Garage

Simply tap using the same credit card to exit the parking garage at no charge.

Free Street Parking

• Street parking is available on Michael St. or Oak St.
• This is free for 2 hours.
• Crossing Victoria St. may be difficult since it is busy.

When You Arrive:

• Our office is located on the third floor, turn away from the windowed bridge.
• Please check in at the front-desk. If Rhea is unavailable, please contact us using the virtual reception.
• Washrooms are located outside of our office suite on the third floor. They are along the hallway before our office entrance.
